Working with Daniel as a coach was unlike any other coaching experience I’ve had before

I’ve worked with LOTS of coaches on all areas of business, community building, self awareness, and what was so great about Daniel is from the moment we got on a call he cracked me open. He saw me in a way most other people I’ve worked with haven’t.

He offered to help however I needed— not in the traditional - I can 10x your business type of coaching.
He saw me and met me where I was at that time. He suggested things that I felt intuitively but it’s not what a traditional business coach will tell you.

He offered to help and really meant it and showed it with his actions.

He checked in weekly, even sent me homework that had to do with me honoring my own needs —- funny cuz I run a business of self care and guess what?? I need reminders too!

On our first call I cried because he struck a chord that felt so compassionate and kind- not sales or pushy, and I have not experienced that before.

Daniel helped me navigate through some challenges that were showing up in my business that I didn’t know how to work through. He is patient and very well knowledged on lots of things- but most of all he truly cares about PEOPLE.

 Before being introduced to Daniel I had been with my company for a little over 2 years...and gradually over the last couple of years I found myself working more and more and taking care of myself mentally, spiritually, physically...less and less. I got to a point where I was doing well at work but feeling overwhelmed and fatigued as soon as I'd get in the car for my commute home. And this was ultimately starting to affect my health and personal relationships. 

 I feel that for most of us who have experience navigating a full schedule, we think we can coach ourselves into making changes we think may be necessary in getting us to where we want to be.  After weeks of being essentially stagnant I had to be honest with myself in seeing that I needed to do something different, and a very good friend suggested I talk to Daniel. She encouraged me to just have a conversation to share a few of my goals and frustrations and see how it goes. And I was nervous. It's hard to share your emotions and difficulties with a stranger right, it is, it really is. And after rescheduling a couple times, Daniel and I connected and I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised in how comfortable I felt in that initial conversation. I found it so beneficial to share my thoughts with someone who has an outside / impartial perspective. 

Over about 8 weeks he helped me to slowly incorporate new methods of setting boundaries with my clients, introduced me to fresh outlooks on my personal goals which made the steps to achieving them more manageable and less daunting, and it's fun! He makes me laugh and his encouragement gave me new found energy that I had been trying to find for awhile. 

After practicing some patience and humility not only am I noticing that I'm waking up in the morning feeling lighter, more optimistic, and focused but friends and coworkers have noticed as well, and have also started working with Daniel. 

Although it's always an ongoing process, I've lost 15lbs, communication in my personal relationships has been easier, and implementing strategies in proactively setting boundaries with my work has freed up more time for my evenings and weekends to recover and be more present for my family and really myself - to feel healthier emotionally and physically...

I really wanted to share my experience with you to encourage you to have a conversation with Daniel as well. If there are things you want to talk out or goals you want to achieve but are just feeling kinda stagnant and stationary in certain areas of your life, I hope you give Daniel a call, without any pressure on yourself but to have that initial call and see where it goes and how you feel...and I hope it brings you a new energy and focus like Daniel has helped me to find again.
